  Stay clear. I used this practice a few years ago because it was provided by my insurer for a fixed number of sessions. Although the sessions were ok, they did not cure the back problem.
  
  Moreover, and the reason for the two stars, Ian also suggested some home exercises for which specialised equipment was needed and, when the fixed sessions were up he tried to coax me on paying him directly. Apparently, the insurer had "told him privately" only so many sessions would be covered and the insurer might take a grim view of me not doing the exercises where I lacked the equipment. Eyes were rolled.
  
  As a reference, I did end up seeing another physio, who cured the back pain in 3-4 sessions with only floor exercises needed.
